Questions, answered

The things people ask before they come. If yours is not here, write to us — we answer fast.

Booking

How do I book a table?

Online, at losfuegostayho.com/book: pick the day, how many you are and the hour — the hours show a traffic light (quiet, busy, full) — and choose the garden or inside. No account needed. Or write to us on Zalo, WhatsApp or Messenger, or call 0988 204 765.

How long do you hold my table?

30 minutes past your booking time. Running late? Tell us and we hold it longer, no problem — but do tell us.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes — the confirmation email has a link to change the date, the time, the size of the party, or to cancel. Or write to us and we do it for you.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Not for a table. The slow fire (a whole tomahawk or a full asado, lit hours before you arrive) and pre-ordered cuts from the chamber take a 50% deposit by bank transfer, so that the fire is lit and the piece is yours; the rest is paid at the table.

We are a big group. What do we do?

From 8 people, book the long table in the garden and order ahead — the asados for the whole table are made for it. Write to us with the date and how many you are and we set it up.

At the table

Are the prices on the menu final?

Yes. Prices include VAT and there is no service charge. What you see on the menu is what you pay.

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes. Corkage is 600,000 ₫ per bottle. Our own list is built around Argentine Malbec, with a by-the-glass selection — ask your waiter.

Do you have something for vegetarians?

Yes — vegetarian empanadas, the salads, the burrata, the gnocchi and a vegetarian burger are on the menu. Tell us when you book and we make sure the table has plenty.

I have an allergy.

Every dish on the menu lists its allergens (gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, fish, mollusc). Tell us when you book, and tell your waiter: the kitchen adapts what it can.

Can we come with children?

Of course. We have high chairs and a children's menu, and the garden is a good place for them.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?

Yes. Give the team your company details when you pay and we issue the red invoice (hóa đơn đỏ).

What is the dry-aged chamber, and can I reserve a piece?

We age whole cuts in our own chamber here in Tây Hồ; you can see what is hanging today, with its days, breed and producer, at Dry-aged. Yes — pick a piece and we light the fire before you arrive.

The house

What are your hours?

Every day, 11:30 to 22:00 — lunch, afternoon and dinner.

Where are you, and how do we get there?

Villa 22G, Alley 35 Đặng Thai Mai, Tây Hồ — on the lake side of the street. Taxi and Grab drivers know the alley: say "Los Fuegos, ngõ 35 Đặng Thai Mai". Or open Directions in Google Maps.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking at the house.

What if it rains and we booked the garden?

The garden has a roof. A table in the garden is a table in the garden, rain or shine.

What languages does the team speak?

Vietnamese and English at every table — and Spanish, if you want to talk about Patagonia with Emilio.
